Attendance
School staff are legally responsible for children from 8.15am to 3.15pm each day. Outside of these times, your children are your responsibility.

8.30am Students to be at School
8.45am School lesson's commence (late comers must sign in at the office after this time)
10.50am Break 1
11.30am Classes resume
1.00pm Break 2
1.40pm Classes resume
2.45pm School finishes (students exit from lower car park area)

Attendance
All students need to be in class well before 8.45am ready to start the school day. The teacher marks the roll at 8.45am.
If students arrive late they must report to the office and Sign-In at the reception counter. If the Ministry of Education records lateness as truanting and this is recorded on the attendance register. Students are given a late slip to to take to the class teacher.
Please ensure that your child knows what collection arrangements are in place for them each day.
Medical Appointments and Early Collection of Students
Any early pick up/collection of your child must be pre-arranged with the office/teacher, and parents must collect and sign out their children from the reception desk.
Note - All visitors to the school are required to 'Sign In' at the office - this is an OSH (Health and Safety) requirement - no exceptions.
If you are running late at 2.45pm
If for any reason you are going to be late to collect your child please advise the school. If you know in advance that you are unable to collect your child by 2.45pm please enroll them in the Kelly Club Out of School Care Programme . Any child not collected by 3pm will be taken to Kelly Club and parents will meet the cost of this service.
If you are going to be late for any reason, please advise the school.
Early school closures
From time to time school may close at an earlier time and you will be informed well in advance of this. In emergency situations please refer to the front page of this Website in the first instance for emergency instructions.
Urgent messages
Urgent messages may be relayed to children via the office.
