The Newmarket Primary School Board of Trustees  (BOT) comprises of 5 tri-annually elected community/parent representatives, together with the Principal and a staff representative. 

The Board of Trustees is committed to frequent communication with the community and they will seek your views on significant issues that affect the school.

The term of office is for a period of 3 years and the next election is due in April, 2010.

Monthly Board of Trustee meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6.15pm in the staffroom.  These are public meetings and you are welcome to attend.

2010 is election year for Boards of Trustees - if you are interested in becoming a Board member or interested in finding out more about it come along to the meeting on 1st December.  An informal information evening will be held straight after the Board Meeting.  All are welcome to attend and find out more about it.
